Digital Cinema Technology is constantly evolving and requires regular updates and support. XDC strives to help exhibitors and has proposed a unique support solution with a comprehensive European Network Operations Centre (NOC) supported by a multilingual helpdesk staff.
Our support team is dedicated to on-site maintenance and servicing, the helpdesk, online support and monitoring.
Monitoring ensures remote control, electronic repair and updating of systems without any on-site assistance.
The NOC acts as a preventive and curative action centre. It permits corrective actions, control of system parameters and operational support.

Thanks to a huge data infrastructure - CineStore® Data - monitoring information is available to the XDC support team as well as to the exhibitor. CineStore® Data also allows the content operations and the proper key management to be supported as well as control and run diagnostics of the projector.
The NOC organises on-site maintenance all over Europe. XDC has several Logistical Strategy Centres for spare parts in different location in Europe. The NOC is connected and manages the needs of spare parts through these strategy points.
