Permanent operational support

Connected to systems in operation, CineStore® Data monitors the health of all hardware and software on the servers. From the state of the fans to the storage unit and the information on the projector, the data is classified and filtered to be submitted to the maintenance team. In the case of a critical state of the servers, an on-site or remote intervention will be planned.

Cinestore® Data exchanges messages between the projectionist and the maintenance team of XDC. These messages can be either instantaneous or delayed. 

Clear Updates

Thanks to this constant connection, updates can be performed remotely. Interventions from the projectionist or from an engineer are no longer necessary.

Automated Key Management  

When key management is entrusted to XDC, delivery is automated and the KDM pass through the Data to the servers.

Equipment Supervision

All supervision information is made available to the operator, who can, for example, have a quick status overview of all theatre rooms. The operator can also defined his/her information needs regarding warnings, such as when the projector lamp in a specific room needs to be changed.

Cinestore® Data also supports two Extranet portals for exhibitors and distributors.
